Ingredients
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 2 lg Eggs
- 3 Bananas over ripe
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2 cup Flour all purpose
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Baking Soda
- 1 tbsp Salt
Servings: loaf
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Cream sugar and butter together, adding eggs one at a time until fluffy.
- Separately mash bananas, milk, and cinnamon together.
- In a separate small bowl, mix baking powder, baking soda, flour, and salt together.
- Combine all three mixes and fill a bread pan 1/2 to 3/4 full and bake for 1.25 hours. Let cool for 15 minutes.
Recipe Notes
This recipe came out salty, maybe it's 1 tsp of salt instead of 1 tbsp?
