Ingredients
- 4 cup Cranberries whole
- 2 cup Mayo
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 1/4 cup Prepared Horseradish
- 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Honey
Servings: cups
Instructions
- Boil water and add sugar to dissolve.
- Add cranberries and return to boil, reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes or until cranberries burst. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Mix mayo, cranberry sauce, horseradish, and lemon juice in food processor, blend well
- Add salt, ground black pepper, and honey. Blend. Cover and refrigerate.
