Ingredients
- 2 cp Cranberries whole
- 1 med Orange peeled
- 2 stalks Celery
- 5 oz Pineapple
- 1/2 lb Walnuts
- 1/4 cp White Sugar
- 1 pkg Raspberry Jello
- 1/2 cp Sangria
- 1/2 cp Water cold
Servings: cups
Instructions
- Start boiling water. Add cranberries, orange, celery, pineapple, and walnuts to food processor and chop.
- Mix jello with 1 cup boiling water, stir until dissolved; add chopped mixture, sugar, water and sangria and refrigerate overnight.
Recipe Notes
Be careful not to chop up too fine, this has issues setting and make sure jello is not diluted.
