Welsh Source: State Street Wine Cellar, 195 State Street, Bangor, ME Red Dragon, aka Y Fenni, is a cheddar blended with mustard seed and ale. The mustard seeds are prominent. They add a nice mustard note and texture. The ale is there, but subtle. That’s all I have to say about that.
