Asian Grilled Salmon
Tasty grilled salmon with that Asian persuasion. Serve with some grilled bok choy or tatsoi if you want to totally lean into it.

  1. Rinse salmon and pat dry. Mix marinade ingredients in bowl and place in salmon. Let marinade for about 1 hour.
  2. Lit charcoal and set up grill for 2 zone cooking. Preheat for 10 minutes with vents fully open. Once up to temp, place salmon skin side down on the hot side and cook for about 6-8 minutes. Flip salmon over onto the low side and cook for an additional 2-4 minutes. Salmon shouldn’t really go for longer than 12 minutes on the grill.
