Quick weight loss diet used by doctors to get surgery patients down in weight. I dated some chick that was into this stuff… note past tense.

Instructions
  1. Spray stock pot with cooking spray and add sliced green onions and saute.
  2. Add diced green peppers, carrots, celery, and cabbage.
  3. Thickly slice mushrooms and add to pot.
  4. Add beef bouillon, tomatoes, and Lipton soup mix
  5. Add about 12 cups of water (or V8), cover and heat on low for about 2 hours.
