Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef lean
- 1 lb Ground Pork lean
- 1 lg Onion finely chopped
- 16 oz Kidney Beans
- 16 oz Baked Beans
- 28 oz Canned Peeled Plum Tomatoes
- 20 oz Rotel
- 8 oz Salsa
- 12 oz Beer mid grade ale
- 1 cp Red Wine
- 6 cubes Beef Bouillon
- 3 tbsp Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp Cumin
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp White Sugar
- 1 dash Lousiana Hot Sauce to taste

Instructions
- Add about a tbsp of Olive Oil to a large stock pot and sweat the onions over medium heat, add ground beef, ground pork and dry spices and brown. Drain most of the fat.
- Throw everything into the stock pot and bring to a boil. Back off heat and simmer on low for about an hour.
