  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
  3. In a large bowl, add meat, garlic, and onion and knead.
  4. Add dry ingredients evenly to bowl and knead. For smoother meat, pick up and throw down with force about 20 times, kneading after each toss.
  5. Form into a loaf and place on a broiler pan. Cook for about 1.25 hours, flipping halfway for even cooking.
