drained and rinse

Tomato
cherry, diced

diced

Cilantro
fresh, chopped

Red Onion
diced, macerated

Red Wine Vinegar

Lime
whole lime juiced

Olive Oil

Adobo

dash
Dry Mustard
Instructions
Dice
onion
and toss with
lime
and
red wine vinegar
and a dash of salt to macerate for 15-20 minutes.
Add
garbanzo beans
,
tomato
,
avocado, and
cilantro
and toss.
After onions have macerated, add
olive oil
,
adobo
,
dry mustard
. Add to veggies and toss.
