Great homemade mac & cheese… I love it with kielbasa and ketchup!

Ingredients

Elbow Macaroni
1/2
lb
Cheddar Cheese
shredded
1/2
lb
Colby Cheddar
shredded
1/2
qt
Whole Milk
1/8
cup
Butter
1/2
cup
Breadcrumbs
Instructions
Bring 6 cups salted water to a rolling boil. Add
macaroni
. Bring back to a rolling boil and remove from heat. Let sit in water for 10 minutes.
While macaroni cooks, preheat oven to 350°F and shred
cheese
Mix shredded cheese and macaroni in a large bowl until well combined.
Smear a 9 x 13 casserole dish with
butter
and add cheese and mac mix. Add
milk
until it is about half way up the dish. Sprinkle top with
breadcrumbs
.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Add
kielbasa
20 minutes into the bake.
