Great homemade mac & cheese… I love it with kielbasa and ketchup!

  1. Bring 6 cups salted water to a rolling boil. Add macaroni. Bring back to a rolling boil and remove from heat. Let sit in water for 10 minutes.
  2. While macaroni cooks, preheat oven to 350°F and shred cheese
  3. Mix shredded cheese and macaroni in a large bowl until well combined.
  4. Smear a 9 x 13 casserole dish with butter and add cheese and mac mix. Add milk until it is about half way up the dish. Sprinkle top with breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Add kielbasa 20 minutes into the bake.
