In a medium saucepan, add mango, lemon zest, orange zest, ginger, cinnamon stick, star anise, orange juice, garam masala, ghost pepper and salt. Stir mixture.
Put onto medium heat and add water and sugar and stir. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Bring back up to medium-low heat, add cranberries and squeeze half of lemon into pot. Cook until cranberries are mush, about 25 minutes.
Let cool on stove. Remove cinnamon stick and star anise. Serve cold.
