Instructions
- Over medium high heat, add olive oil and pancetta and saute for 2 minutes. Add chopped tomato and garlic, cover and let cook for 5 minutes.
- Bring water to boil and cook spaghetti per instructions.
- Add red wine, basil, and heavy cream. Reduce. At this point you can try and add a bit of shredded parm.
- When pasta is done, add to sauce pan and toss.
