Ingredients
- 1 lb Pork 4 thin cutlets
- 1/4 cp Flour
- 1 lg Egg
- 3/4 cp Breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Oregano dried
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 23 oz Tomato Sauce 15oz can & 8 oz can
- 1/2 lb Spaghetti
- 1/2 lb Mozzarella
- 1/2 cp Parmesan
- 1/2 cp Canola Oil

Instructions
- Pound pork between plastic wrap. Set up 3 stations: 1.) Mix flour, salt, and pepper. 2.) Beat egg. 3.) Mix breadcrumbs and oregano. Dredge in flour, then, egg, then bread crumbs.
- Add canola oil to medium high heat. Fry cutlets for 2 minutes on each side and set aside.
- Preheat over to 350 degrees. Spread thin amount of tomato sauce in a 9x13 inch pan. Place fried cutlets in and cover with remaining sauce. (it's a good idea to set aside about a 1/2 cup as the sauce will evaporate. Top with mozzarella and parmesan and place in over for 25 minutes.
- Cook pasta as directed.
