  1. In a large skillet, brown pork loin on all sides.
  2. Add pork loin, onion, and potatoes to slow cooker and cover with water. Set on low and cook for 7 hours.
  3. In the last hour, add sauerkraut and caraway seeds.
Recipe Notes

Good with applesauce: peel apples and slice, microwave covered for 5 minutes. Add cinnamon and mash.
