Instructions
In a large skillet, brown
pork loin
on all sides.
Add
pork loin

to slow cooker and cover with water. Set on low and cook for 7 hours.
In the last hour, add
sauerkraut
and
caraway seeds
.
Recipe Notes
Good with applesauce: peel apples and slice, microwave covered for 5 minutes. Add cinnamon and mash.
