Ingredients
Steak and Marinade
- 1 lb Sirloin Steak tips, cubed
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt Kosher
- 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 cp Olive Oil
- 1/4 cp Dry White Wine
- 1/2 med Lemon Juiced
- 2 Bay Leaves
Veggies
- 1 lg Bell Pepper Red or Orange
- 1 lg Onion
- 12 med Mushrooms Baby Portabellas
- 12 med Tomato Cherry
Servings: kebabs
Instructions
- Add garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice and wine to food processor and blend well.
- In a glass mixing bowl, toss cubed steak and bay leaves with marinade and let sit for an hour or more.
- Skewer meat and veggies in an alternating pattern on skewers and place in a casserole pan. Add bay leaves. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 30 minutes. Yes 30 minutes. If grilling, maintain a medium grill heat and cook 20 minutes, flip after 10 minutes
