Instructions
Mix
paprika
,
ground black pepper
,
chili powder
, and
ground cumin
in a small bowl.
In a one quart saucepan, melt
butter
and gently cook
onion
over medium hear until translucent.
Add
garlic
,
bell pepper
, and
spice mix
. Stir and cook for 2 minutes to extract flavors.
Add
beef stock
and
remaining ingredients
. Stir until well blended. Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. Leftovers will keep for a month.
