  1. Cut the stem parts off the tomatillo, garlic, habanero, and onion but leave whole. Place in a roasting dish and heat on the top rack for 10 minutes at 500&degF.
  2. Turn oven to Broil and let it rip for 5 minutes, watching closely – that shit will burn. You want charred, not marred.
  3. Remove and add to blender and blennnd. Drizzle olive oil and vinegar in as it blennnds. Add a pinch of sugar and give it one last howdoyoudo. Serve with chips.
