  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Rinse inside of turkey with cold water, dry with paper towel and sprinkle inside with salt.
  3. Melt butter in a medium skillet and add onion, celery, and mushrooms. Cook until soft, NOT OVER COOKED.
  4. In a large bowl, combined veggies and bread and add chicken broth a little at a time not to over do it. Add bell’s seasoning and eggs.
  5. Wrap stuffing in cheese cloth and tie off. Heat stuffing for 5 minutes in microwave.
  6. While stuffing is heating, rub down turkey with vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt.
  7. Quickly stuff turkey with hot stuffing, placing a piece of bread in the opening to keep in.
  8. Cook turkey for 3 hours covered, remove foil and cook an additional hour.
