Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 lb Ground Pork
- 1 med Eggs
- 1/2 cp Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cp Milk
- 1/4 cp Parmesan
- 1 tbsp Parsley fresh
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Servings: ballz
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl by hand. Roll into ballz the size of baseballs.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the surface of the ballz.
- Place on a cookie sheet and bake those ballz for 20 minutes.
