Ingredients
- 2 cup Flour all purpose
- 2 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tbsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 2/3 cup White Sugar
- 2 lg Eggs
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 tbsp Orange Zest
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 1/2 cup Cranberries
Servings: muffins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl.
- Beat butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, orange zest, and buttermilk until creamy.
- Combine the two mixes and fold in cranberries.
- Fill muffin pans 3/4 full and bake for 20-25 minues.
