Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Lamb
- 1/8 med Onion minced
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Flour all purpose

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
- In a large bowl, add meat, garlic, and onion and knead.
- Add dry ingredients evenly to bowl and knead. For smoother meat, pick up and throw down with force about 20 times, kneading after each toss.
- Form into a loaf and place on a broiler pan. Cook for about 1.25 hours, flipping halfway for even cooking.
