Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Crab Meat
- 4 lg Eggs
- 2 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tbsp Chive
- 2 tbsp Parsley
- 2 tbsp Cilantro
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1/2 cup Monterey Jack
- 1/2 cup Swiss
- 1 Prebaked Crust

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs, herbs, old bay, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Stir in cheeses and crab meat.
- Pour mixture in the crust and bake until filling puffs and is no longer wobbly in the center when gently shaken, 40-50 minutes.
