Ingredients
- 1 lb Elbow Macaroni
- 1/2 lb Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1/2 lb Colby Cheddar shredded
- 1/2 qt Whole Milk
- 1/8 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Bring 6 cups salted water to a rolling boil. Add macaroni. Bring back to a rolling boil and remove from heat. Let sit in water for 10 minutes.
- While macaroni cooks, preheat oven to 350°F and shred cheese
- Mix shredded cheese and macaroni in a large bowl until well combined.
- Smear a 9 x 13 casserole dish with butter and add cheese and mac mix. Add milk until it is about half way up the dish. Sprinkle top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Add kielbasa 20 minutes into the bake.
