Instructions
- Add lima beans, rosemary, and 1 garlic clove to boiling water.
- In a medium saucepan, add olive oil and saute sliced tomato and 1 garlic clove. Do this for about 20 minutes until tomato is roasted.
- Drain lima bean water and reserve.
- Throw solids into a food processor and blennnd. Add reserve water to make it viscous.
