Ingredients
- 16 oz Plain Yogurt drained
- 1 med Cucumber
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 4 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions
- Peel cucumber and remove seeds and pulp; chop and place on paper towel to dry.
- Place chopped cuke in a bowl and mix in yogurt, salt, red wine vinegar, garlic, and olive oil. Mix lightly and cover. Place in fridge for 24 hours.
