Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 med Green Onions chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 med Bell Pepper chopped
- 1 cp Beer
- 1/4 cp Ketchup
- 1/4 cp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 tbsp Steak Sauce
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 cp Beef Stock
- 2 tsp Lousiana Hot Sauce to taste

Instructions
- Mix paprika, ground black pepper, chili powder, and ground cumin in a small bowl.
- In a one quart saucepan, melt butter and gently cook onion over medium hear until translucent.
- Add garlic, bell pepper, and spice mix. Stir and cook for 2 minutes to extract flavors.
- Add beef stock and remaining ingredients. Stir until well blended. Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. Leftovers will keep for a month.
