  1. Rinse salmon and pat dry. Mix marinade ingredients in bowl and place in salmon. Let marinade for about 1 hour.
  2. Lit charcoal and set up grill for 2 zone cooking. Preheat for 10 minutes with vents fully open. Once up to temp, place salmon skin side down on the hot side and cook for about 6-8 minutes. Flip salmon over onto the low side and cook for an additional 2-4 minutes. Salmon shouldn't really go for longer than 12 minutes on the grill.
