Tasty grilled salmon with that Asian persuasion. Serve with some grilled bok choy or tatsoi if you want to totally lean into it.

Ingredients
- 1 lb Salmon
- 1/4 cp Olive Oil extra virgin
- 1/8 cp Soy Sauce or amino acids
- 1/8 cp Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder or minced

Instructions
- Rinse salmon and pat dry. Mix marinade ingredients in bowl and place in salmon. Let marinade for about 1 hour.
- Lit charcoal and set up grill for 2 zone cooking. Preheat for 10 minutes with vents fully open. Once up to temp, place salmon skin side down on the hot side and cook for about 6-8 minutes. Flip salmon over onto the low side and cook for an additional 2-4 minutes. Salmon shouldn't really go for longer than 12 minutes on the grill.
