Ingredients
- 6 lg Green Onions sliced
- 2 med Green Pepper diced
- 3 med Carrot diced
- 6 stalks Celery diced
- 1/2 head Cabbage diced
- 10 oz Mushrooms
- 32 oz Tomato diced or whole
- 1 pkg Lipton Soup Mix
- 1 cube Beef Bouillon
- 12 cp Water
- 6 cp V8 optional
Servings: cups
Instructions
- Spray stock pot with cooking spray and add sliced green onions and saute.
- Add diced green peppers, carrots, celery, and cabbage.
- Thickly slice mushrooms and add to pot.
- Add beef bouillon, tomatoes, and Lipton soup mix
- Add about 12 cups of water (or V8), cover and heat on low for about 2 hours.
