Ingredients
- 1/4 cp Butter half a stick
- 1 1/2 cp Heavy Cream
- 4 clove Garlic Minced [divided]
- 1 Shallot Diced
- 3/4 cp Parmesan
- 1/4 cp Swiss Madrigal grated
- 1 tsp Sherry
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 dash Ground Nutmeg

Instructions
- Add butter, cream, garlic, nutmeg, and pepper to a medium saucepan and simmer.
- Cook pasta and sauté shrimp in pan with garlic and shallot.
- Once cream sauce is gently simmering, slowly add cheese. Make sure it is grated. Grated cuts into the curds - swiss is off book with alfredo, so you want to make sure you minimize curds.
- Half way through adding cheese, add sherry and continue the melt.
- Drain pasta, plate, add shrimp, and spoon alfredo over dish. Boom!
