Ingredients
- 1/4 lb Dried Mango diced
- 1 Lemon Zest save juice of a halve
- 1 Orange Zest
- 1 tsp Ginger finely grated
- 2 whole Ghost Pepper minced
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 cup Orange Juice
- 1 Star Anise
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 12 oz Cranberries whole, rinsed, stems removed

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, add mango, lemon zest, orange zest, ginger, cinnamon stick, star anise, orange juice, garam masala, ghost pepper and salt. Stir mixture.
- Put onto medium heat and add water and sugar and stir. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Bring back up to medium-low heat, add cranberries and squeeze half of lemon into pot. Cook until cranberries are mush, about 25 minutes.
- Let cool on stove. Remove cinnamon stick and star anise. Serve cold.
