Ingredients
- 4 lb Pork Loin bone-in
- 1 med Onion quartered
- 6 sm Potatoes coarsely chopped
- 12 oz Sauerkraut
- 2 tbsp Caraway Seeds

Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown pork loin on all sides.
- Add pork loin, onion, and potatoes to slow cooker and cover with water. Set on low and cook for 7 hours.
- In the last hour, add sauerkraut and caraway seeds.
Recipe Notes
Good with applesauce: peel apples and slice, microwave covered for 5 minutes. Add cinnamon and mash.
