I forget where I got this recipe, but it doesn’t sound very safe. These ingredients should be pressure canned. Proceed at your own risk and try not to die from botulism…
Ingredients
- 8 cp Tomato peeled, chopped, drained
- 2 1/2 cp Onion chopped
- 1 1/2 cp Green Pepper chopped
- 1 cp Jalapeno chopped
- 6 clove Garlic minced
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/8 cp Canning Salt
- 1/3 cp White Sugar
- 1/3 cp Vinegar
- 15 oz Tomato Sauce
- 12 oz Tomato Paste
Servings: oz
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large stock pot and bring to boil for 10 minutes.
- Seal jars and cook in hot water batch for 10 minutes.
