Ingredients
Marinade
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Amino Acids
- 1 tbsp Vinegar Rice Wine
- 1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
Stir Fry
- 3/4 lb Sirloin Steak Sliced
- 1/2 med Onion Sliced
- 1/2 med Red Pepper Sliced
- 2 lg Carrot Sliced
- 1/2 med Broccoli Florets
- 8 oz Water Chestnuts
- 1/2 cup Rice Noodle or Brown Rice
- 1/4 cup Oyster Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Corn Starch optional
Servings: people
Instructions
- Combined marinade ingredients in a glass bowl and toss steak. Let sit in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Cook rice noodles per instructions (note: brown rice can usually takes 40 minutes to cook).
- When rice has about 20 minutes left, add meat and marinade to medium-high heat and brown for 5 minutes. Add veggies and cook covered for 15 minutes. When veggies are soft, spoon over rice.
