Instructions
  1. In a large ziploc, combine marinade ingredients and add steak. Message and place in fridge for 8 hours.
  2. Saute veggies over medium-high heat with a tbsp of peanut oil and bean paste. Cook in order of longest cook to shortest in 2 minute intervals: carrots, then onion, then broccoli, then bell pepper. Add bamboo shoots last minute. Add some water to steam and a dash of corn starch to thicken.
  3. Get a cast iron grill pan real goddamn hot. Remove steak and discard marinade. Sear for about 4 minutes on each side. You want rare to medium-rare.
  4. Bring water to a boil and quickly blanch egg noodles to soften. This will take less than a minute - so don't go doing something else. You still want a crunch to them. Strain and rinse with cold water. Remove veggies from pan and fry noodles
