Ingredients
- 2 Tomatillo husked and rinsed
- 3 clove Garlic
- 1/4 lg Onion
- 2 Habanero
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
- 1 dash White Sugar

Instructions
- Cut the stem parts off the tomatillo, garlic, habanero, and onion but leave whole. Place in a roasting dish and heat on the top rack for 10 minutes at 500°F.
- Turn oven to Broil and let it rip for 5 minutes, watching closely - that shit will burn. You want charred, not marred.
- Remove and add to blender and blennnd. Drizzle olive oil and vinegar in as it blennnds. Add a pinch of sugar and give it one last howdoyoudo. Serve with chips.
