Ingredients
- 14 lb Turkey
- 5 cp Bread stale
- 1 med Yellow Onion chopped
- 4 stlks Celery chopped
- 1 cp Shiitake Mushrooms
- 1/4 cp Butter
- 2 lg Eggs beaten
- 3 tbsp Bell's Seasoning
- 1 cp Chicken Broth
- 1 Cheese Cloth
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Salt divided

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Rinse inside of turkey with cold water, dry with paper towel and sprinkle inside with salt.
- Melt butter in a medium skillet and add onion, celery, and mushrooms. Cook until soft, NOT OVER COOKED.
- In a large bowl, combined veggies and bread and add chicken broth a little at a time not to over do it. Add bell's seasoning and eggs.
- Wrap stuffing in cheese cloth and tie off. Heat stuffing for 5 minutes in microwave.
- While stuffing is heating, rub down turkey with vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Quickly stuff turkey with hot stuffing, placing a piece of bread in the opening to keep in.
- Cook turkey for 3 hours covered, remove foil and cook an additional hour.
